INCLUDE TEAM LEADER INTO STRUCTURE TO CO-ORDINATE DAILY TASKS. 1 STAFF MEMBER ON WEEKENDS TO CLEAN LIFESTILE CENTRE A LAWN TEAM TO CUT AND TRIM ALL LAWNS, REMOVE GARDEN REFUSE 1 X PER WEEK. STAFF MEMBERS TO WEAR BRANDED UNIFORMS AND CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN ALL NECESSARY EQUIPMENT, AND CHEMICALS. 9. SANITIZER 9.1 CHECK ALL COMMON AREAR SANITIZER STATIONS DAILY AND REFILL WHEN REQUIRED. Garden Maintenance ➢ Professional gardening and landscaping advice can be provided to ensure that gardens are always of high standard and effectively designed and maintained. Terms of Services ➢ In the case of rain, the contractor cannot be held responsible if work is not completed within the normal time span. ➢ We do not work on public holidays. The service will continue the next working day and normal payments will apply. ➢ In the case of gardens being in a very bad state of decay, an additional amount will be charged for the first time upgrading. ➢ During the winter months normal garden maintenance service will apply and normal payment will apply. ➢ The Contractor will not be held liable for any damage done to windows because of service rendered. The customer will claim it from their insurance. Excess on the claim will be divided 50/50 between the customer and contractor.
