There are masonite ceiling boards beneath the roof overhang around the outside of house. The brandering and supports for theses boards is old / rotten / missing and the boards are starting to come loose They need to be reattached and the edges sealed with silicon please. I am happy to Whatsapp pictures of the temporary repairs that I have done if this will help.
The roof was recently painted and the winter has damaged some of the roof sheets. The roof is leaking in 3 areas. I would like the roof to be checked and any issues sorted. I have an old roof. The builder has advised me it is either asbestos or fibre cement. I have some water proofing that needs to be done.
6 seven meter metal sheets. The rain has completely ruined my roof and I need 6 metal sheets of 7 meters in size each. I only need the supply and I am willing to collect the materials myself as well. I am considering purchasing a dilapidated house and renovating it. I think it needs the slate roof replaced entirely (roof trusses as well). The tiling area (not floor area) is approximately m2. Dear Sir/Ma’am, I was hoping you could assist me. I have a house in a complex in Knysna and already have an 8kW invertor and 1 battery that has saved me through the Eskom two hour load shedding. I am now looking at installing solar panels and an additional battery. It would be great if you give me some more information on what solar panels I need as well as how many (my northern facing roof is about 25m2) panels I would require to charge the batteries. 5kw inverter, storage battery & solar panels. For residential use to run fridge, TV, Wifi, lights. I need a system that will run most of my household appliances. Load shedding backup system that one can upgrade. I would like someone to explain all the different back-up systems that are possible to use during load shedding so that I can make an informed decision.
