Hi Guys.... we are in the process of purchasing a large estate in Kabeljouws, which we are positive will require a full and deep clean of each of the 4 buildings that lie on the estate grounds, once we have paperwork signed off to us. property consists of... 1. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 dressing area), 2. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 smaller dressing area) 3. 1 x 3 bedroomed en-suited property. 4. 1 large laapa (walled and roofed) 2 entrances....i small kitchen area AND cooking area, 1 small bar area & ALL shelves, 2 bathrooms that support 3 chalet style bedrooms (please move the beds first so that any rubbish just pushed under the beds themselves, can be removed...if required. ALL kitchen cupboards, bedrooms, bathrooms, staircases, lounge areas, all flooring (tiled or carpeted), are to be cleaned and well presented (we shall have a director from domestic services on-site to check each property & job is completed) As we plan to alter ALL garages on this estate, being changed into en-suited bedrooms, there MAY be up to a further 12 of these to completely clean out (depending upon how clean the builders are) once the alterations have been completed. If windows/frames and carpeting needs to be cleaned as well, then please price separately for this work on an estimate system. Although this is nothing to do with this project itself, we are also purchasing other properties in this area, as well as Jay-Bay & Knysna areas (for other clients), that MAY also be allocated to the tendered company we select. I have a Tan Can (upright sunbed) that has to be dissembled and moved to a beauty salon about m down the road. It is currently on the first floor of a building and has to be moved down the road to the first floor of another building. It has a round top panel, round floor panel, and 3 side panels that have to be dissembled.
I am the broker for a property in Escombe. The was a leakage in a unit and the water leaked to the unit below and we now need carpet cleaning for said unit that had the water damage. We are moving from Wierdapark to Midstream on the 30th of November. We can start moving from early morning and I would like to be out of the old house by 14:00, because then the new people would like to move in. We live in a two bedroom house, including a study. There are an L shape sofa (5 seater) including coffee table, TV cabinet and TV (have original box for TV). The sofa splits so that the two pieces can be transported easily. There is also a 6 seater dinning table with 6 chairs. We have 2 double beds. There is one double fridge and one smaller single fridge. There are 3 small bed side tables. There are two desks in the study that fully disasseble, so they are flat during transport. There is one additional foyer table that needs to be transported. The rest of the house is packed into boxes - there should be about 50 boxes in total.
I need the cleaning for the 1st of December. We bought a new home. It has 2 bathrooms, and two toilets. Four bedrooms, lounge, open plan kitchen and dining room. There are no carpets or upholstery. There are currently people living there, they are very neat but they have dogs coming in and out of the house and as Muslims we need the house to be properly cleaned before moving our things into the home as it is against our religion to have dogs in the home. Please give me a call so that we can discuss and can make an informed decision. It is just an empty house that will need a proper clean, including inside cupboards and walls too.
needs to use eco products as to not affect the septic system. Ironing cant be done as we do not own a ironing board. as well as washing will be done by hand by owner if someone can just help her wring it out and obviously hang up and take down and fold up.as she has no strength in her hands and machine is not connected.
Carpet cleaning. I am not too sure with regards to the size of the carpet that needs to be cleaned because it is for three different areas and some carpeting in the reception area as well. I am open to arranging an appointment for you to come and take proper measurements. Looking for someone who will be fair and reasonable with pricing.
