I have pretty bad reception where I am. If I am not reachable on call, please Whatsapp me instead. We have purchased a home in Kyalami, we are currently in KZN. We have electric fencing installed but there is one area that does not have it installed. I am going to need someone to come and measure the size of that area properly and give a quotation. We will be in Gauteng next week and will be able to schedule an appointment for then.
High-security type. I would like to have an indication of the total price and the specifications that the price is based on. Pricing must make provision for two double entrance gates (for passing of trucks/tractors) and two pedestrian gates. Please note will not be taken as a final quote as it is only for me to see how much funding I should request. A final quote will only be accepted after a site visit. Please advise if there is anything that I might not know of and have to consider in my specifications.

Repainting a 3 bedroom, 70 square meters house,with double garage, insides, outside, roof. Repaint yard walls and gates. Fixed / realign kitchen drawer rollers. Fix few damaged plaster areas. Attached are screenshots of the type of fence and the dimensions of the property taken from google maps. The Gates will be 2, one sliding and one swing gate. The detail of that ill discuss as soon as I get the dimensions for it. Please do communicate via email as I am out of the country. Thanks
Single Face, brick pattern, no style on top, just straight panels to the top Would like to add spikes on the whole length, if you could quote for that separately as an extra. Pedestrian gate, if quoted for, needs to be a non see through gate. About half the length will need old, small vibrocrete fence removed, other half, is wooden fence.
1.) Remove existing section of Aluminium Extruded gutter. (~3m) 2.) Remove existing rotten barge board/facia board (~ 40mm x mm x 3m) 3.) Replace (2 above) with new piece of barge board/facia board (~40mm x mm x 3m) 4.) Treat with Creosote 5.) Replace Aluminium Extruded gutter (~3m, removed in 1) with proper slope. End of job scope
Good day, We are the managing Agent group for a property in Wellington, SA. There are Three Units on this yard. Two of the Units have reported maintenance issues. Can you please assist with quotes on the following issues. Quotes needed from 3 x Contractors/Handyman's please. - Unit 1 - separate Quotes for each issue in this Unit. Quote 1.1: Bedroom Light - Light will not turn on. Bedroom Floor/Tiles - Cracked floorboard as well as several soft spots in the floor. Quote 2.1: Bathroom Tap - Once tap is opened it will not shut off. Quote 3.1: Outside Drains - Drain not working. Will not drain as it is higher than the gutter. Filter is not in and cannot be put in. Quote 4.1: Outside Roof - The fascia is rotten under the gutters. Gutters is also broken. - Unit 2 - separate Quotes for each issue in this Unit Quote 1.2 BATRHROOM: Storage cupboard - Door came off and hinges damaged Bathroom door handle - Broken Quote 2.2 ELECTRICITY: The electricity trips each time I put the geyser on - but only if the kettle or microwave was in use. If the kettle or microwave/airfryer is not in use, the electricity does not trip when the geyser is put on.
