I want to build a 20 unit apartment complex with 10 one bedroom unit and 10 two bedroom units. It must include a large swimming pool, under cover parking/protective parking. Have a reception office near the entrance of the complex. Security office at the gate. A convenient store in the complex and a pre-school.

I have a double door garage and interested in a simple but smart carport with open sides and my house have no gutters I want the water from the roof to fall on the carport then to the garden in other words the carport should slant a bit to the garden which will be on the left from main gate.I had a net scotch type of a port but now have put some corrugated irons on the scotch shape but not happy with it at all.Want to give it a nice flat design
The roof needs to be checked on the main house, the tiles are very old and may need to be replaced , also the flat roof needs to be redone as the tiles are old and broken, also the roof trusses needs to be checked for damage and repaired/replaced if needed, also the garage roof needs to be repaired(metal sheeting)
Our holiday home at 9 Sydney St, Plettenberg Bay, has an old roof with fibre cement roof sheeting. This is old and breaking up with new cracks and leaks appearing from time to time. We need advice on the options and prices to replace the roof. I will be in Plett from 23 Jan for 3 weeks and you will be able to meet with me, view the roof and suggest alternatives with prices during this time.
I need to redo a bedroom into an office and lounge space. I would need the removal of old doors to be replaced with new doors and the removal of cupboard doors and replacement with new. The skirting of the room needs to be sanded and old paint on them removed and restained. Walls need to be painted including accent walls. Built in cupboard needs to be redone. Shelving needs to be designed and installed.
We are moving into a rented house, which we may decide to buy and renovate later. Initially we would like a quote for doing some restoration/repair work and a thorough repainting of the main downstairs rooms as well as the 3 bedrooms upstairs - we will have occupancy from 1st of Feb but will be allowed access before that to complete the work. 1) To remove the retainer blocks in question against the precast fence between units 2 and 3. 2) To excavate and pour a 25 MPA concrete foundation. 3) To construct a new 1, high wall as close as possible to the precast wall – face bricks to match the existing walls and common bricks to be used behind the face bricks. 4) To remove the existing paver blocks at the proposed new position of the spa - bath - to lay the above blocks elsewhere as required by the owner. 5) To lay a level mm thick 25mpa concrete slab on top of BRC mesch – size of slab to accommodate the spa-bath. The edges of the slab are not to protrude more than mm from the edges of the spa – bath.

The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. D06 & D07 – the door doesn’t have the aluminum slides on the bottom anymore, it should be glass. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
Retaining wall to be built along length of the house and as a support structure for sinking swimming pool . Foundation to be pinned. Large tree to be removed with root system to be killed off. Septic tank and sewage system to be replaced. Water and geyser system to be replaced/upgraded to improve water pressure and flow. Floor tiles to be removed so that foundation can be repaired. Tiles to be replaced. Major structural cracks on walls to be repaired.
