Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I am planning to build a double-storey building that will be divided into two. The top floor has to be more like a normal house plan i.e. 2 bedrooms, dining area, open plan kitchen and bathroom. On the ground floor, I want to put my shop, so it has to have a store layout. I have an idea of what I want I will discuss it further with the appointed Architect
The ultimate goal is to make this home more spacious. Much bigger room in the living room/dining room and kitchen - still keep them open plan. Outdoor entertainment space on the side of the house, possibly next to the living room. Additional space in the bedroom and if possible bathrooms as well. And the addition of a double garage.
Hi my name is . I need to tile my house it is 40square meter. I need cupboards for the Kitchen and built-it stove. New ceiling for bathroom and just a paint for ceiling in the other rooms, new toilet seat for bathroom. And new fitted wardrobe for 2 rooms one smaller and the other bigger. We require a cost estimate for the building of the new residential house. The land we have allows for a duet house and the architects have designed it in such a way the house looks like one unit however it is split. I need registered contractors to execute the plan. We would like to remodel and extend a 3 bedroom house into a 5-6 bedroom double story home. Upstairs we would like to have 3 bedrooms, all with en-suites and two with walk-in closets and a balcony as well as an additional lounging area also with a balcony.
