Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.
We have purchased a house in Century City and would like to have it painted inside before we move in at the end of October. We will need the walls, Ceiling, skirtings and doors painted. Ceiling and skirtings should be white. Doors Grey and walls off-white/grey. We need to still choose the paint colours . We require a quote from a reputable painter for this job.

The property is a residential complex. The outside walls, some roofs and walkways need painting. Best would be if a contractor could view the property before quoting. House size on plans including Garage is about 19m long x 9.5m wide. Its leaking at 2 places need sealant as well. Just want an estimate of Painting a Tile roof. We start with preparation, were prepare the wall by first scrapping the Wall's, closing the wall with polyfil, then sand paper then remove dust from the wall after completing closing the cracks and holes, sandpaper and removing the dust we apply our primer after it dries we apply our first coat, if the wall doesn't require second coat we apply our finishing coat

i HAVE MOVED OUT OF A TOWNHOUSE AND REQUIRE CERTAIN ROOMS (not all rooms) TO BE PAINTED OR RESTORED back to the condition when I originally moved in. I will need certain picture hook holes patched, and any nicks on the walls patched as well. The ceilings do not have to be painted, This is interior painting only. There may be one cabinet door in the kitchen that will need to be painted as well.
