Project is to renovate an old bryanston house in phases. Starting with the interior, ceiling, walls, floors for the entire house. then remodelling a newish bathroom and building a walkin cupboard from scratch for the main bathroom. We'd like to start with the end in mind, so to have a full picture of evertyhing, including the exterior walls and roof. We have a contractor we trust and have seen several projects he's done for friends but he is clueless when it comes to helping with the design/redesign, especially around remodelling the bathroom for more space and the walk in cupboard.

Hi there, We have bought a property in 3 Rivers (Vereeniging),which can be registered in 3-4 weeks. The property has a single garage and the body corporate allows erecting of a carport inline with their regulations. i would like to extend 2 bathrooms, break an existing wall to make the kitchen bigger, re-position the entrance from lounge to kitchen, and break a large room into 3 different rooms. optionally, elevate the roof on 15 to 20 sqm section of the house. I'm having a problem with my mechanic. He failed to diagnose the car correctly he ended up doing an enginee overhaul yet it was another problem.
