I'm planning to renovate the townhouse I'm buying, which currently has a front facade that resembles an exit. I'd like to add a garage, similar to the one in thevsttsched picture, and create a new reception room with a guest loo accessible from the garage, to enhance the property's functionality and curb appeal. I've attached a picture of the current driveway and an example of the possible garage I'd prefer.

It's my son's 6th birthday. The event will be held on our small holding in Protea Ridge, Krugersdorp. He wants a Dinosaur theme (more realistic like Jurassic world- not animated). I do have tables, but would prefer if everything can be provided. The setup will be done in the Lapa/entertainment room. Snack platters and party packs and maybe something like juice. If you have a connection for the cake, otherwise I'll get someone. We would like to get a jumping castle or some sort of entertainment.

Hi there, I tried to select more than 1 option but it didnt allow me. My nikah is the 27th September,the walima will take place the same day but in the evening when family and friends arrive. All together its 25 people. If i could please get a cost for a spit braai and also if you do biryani . You can also give me the cost of tables and chairs please and the tent,but nothing fancy,just plain and simple,i am more worried about the food and the seating for everyone as i stay in a complex and space is limited.
Good day, We are looking at putting an offer in on a house in Bonaero Park that currently has not system installed. The property has proper burglar bars on all windows. We are looking to secure the following: - Front yard (beams) - Back yard (beams - Three doors leading to the outside - Three bedrooms - Open living/dining area - Entrance hall - Kitchen - Possibly beams on either side of the house If possible, we would also like to be able to control the system remotely when we aren't home. I need a section of my boundary wall to be scraped to remove the old paint and plaster, then re-plastered, and painted with a matte black paint that can serve as a chalkboard for my kids. The wall measures approximately 6.6 square meters (length: 4.25 meters, width: 1.55 meters). I would like this to be done over the next few of weeks, to be completed by 11 September
