I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.

The paint on the walls are lifting, there is dampness which tells me there needs to be a leakage someone and we need to fix that. I am currently in the Free State and the property is located in Glenwood, Durban but there are tenants there. I can arrange with them for a time that will be convenient to visit the property.

We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.
