Hi I m looking to a bigger picture.COC you have to be in detail ,verify.retesting make sure everything is compliance yes I took a while for quality purpose.reference we were call to make a report in a house where a COC was quick issued that house nearly burnt because of just easily writing a COC now is a court case.I ll continue to verify any wiring as long it can take to make sure you safe. Our HWC switch on the main electric panel has been tripping for the passed week, I thought I repaired it by resetting the main and earth switches but the problem persisted days later. I noticed that the resistance of the HWC (geyser) switch is weak, which I think is the cause of it immediately falling down once pushed up.
