Well the wooden door has Ribbed like glass and on the side wooden frame where the locks meet. That side glass is broken and needs replacing. It's a plain glass as I think it was broken before. But I would like the matching Ribbed glass as the main door for the side broken door. Do you have that in stock and are you in Somerset west? I'm in CBD near Lion square. I prefer communicating over whatsapp.
The garage door must be fitting for a double garage and automated at best. One double door garage is preferred with wooden material otherwise I am open for advice. The garage door must must be blocks or stripes. A roll-up is preferred however an open door style or tilt style can be navigated. Any other aspect can be discussed with the Pro.
Household use: Main use (Eskom to stay connected in case of unforeseen failure of Solar energy supply system) : 1. To run all household appliances and lights 1.1 geyser ( litre) 1.2 electric stove (big) 1.3 two(2) big fridges and 1 medium freezer 1.4 fourteen (14) 30w flood lights 1.5 ten(10) 15w lights 1.6 thirty(30) down lights 1.7 six(6) fluorescent lights NB. The whole house must run on Solar System 24/7. However the Solar System must be connected to the Eskom grid and if for some reason the Solar System experiences some immediate failure Eskom to automatically kick in without any disruption. System should be built on a free standing structure, exclusively built for the Solar System panels.

We had our house renovated and the guys assigned to do our electrical work completed in August, they tried to install a light but opened the DB to draw a wire and problems started..Our earth leakage trips randomly..they tried to fix it but failed, now they had to bypass the earth leakage and even changed the prepaid meter so that we can temporarily have electricity. The previous prepaid meter was showing an overload even when eskom was off. The new meter constantly beeps and signs bypass. We have seen 2 electricians thus far.
My house does have a granny flat at the back so I would like to expand from there I would like to go up like turn into a double story just with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom all with built in cupboards and also with a pool with artificial grass at the backyard so please get back to me soon to discuss. I want to renovate my main bedroom that's parents room and connect the other room with it as there's 2 rooms in my house which is next to each other so connect that 2 rooms together and change the kitchen/ make it also bigger and modern and then for the backyard i would like a pool with artificial grass and a closed of area for the pets and then I want an double story so an upstairs with just 3 bedrooms like a medium size with builtin cupboards and also another bathroom. And then will it also be possible for the one room go have a balcony facing the new backyard
A few things in different areas of the house. 1. Main Bedroom: convert current window to aluminium sliding double door, leading to stoep with outside lights, and replace a second steel window with alu frame. Take out existing BIC. Convert adjoining storeroom into walk-in closet. Resurface walls to smooth plaster finish and extend laminate flooring to where the BIC was. 2. Dining room: convert window +door to alu folding door, resurface walls to smooth plaster finish, build outside braai adjacent 3. Break down wall between kitchen and dining room, redo one lower set of kitchen cupboards with new sink and fixture, and replace 2 kitchen windows with alu frames and change kitchen door.
