I was really impressed with the plumbing installation done by Decra Plumbing. They delivered high-quality work that exceeded my expectations! The attention to detail and professionalism was top-notch. Just wish they were a bit more responsive during the scheduling process, but overall, I'm super happy with the results!
The plumbing installation service I received was of high quality, and the workmanship was great! However, I did find Decra Plumbing quite unresponsive when I tried to get in touch to set things up. It could really improve the overall experience if they communicated better.
They have a made a quick response to come to our house and come on time.
Yes the buffalo city said we have a leak somewhere as they see much water so when the plumber came to our house they see nothing of some sort and I was given a letter to submit to rectify that to BCM so I'm.still.waiting to them for results because they will monitor usage of our water for 3months.
Had an emergency and they arrived promptly and sorted it out within minutes.
Super happy with their service, so efficient and punctual. Their work is neat too👌👌
