I had a new roof installed but i'm not sure if its done correctly and cant get hold of the guys now. Would like to know if i need to do anything or just wait until it breaks. There seems to be alot of movement on the new sheeting. Installed chromoadek but its not as firm as the old rotten one. Sheets seem to be drilled in firm at the scews. The other thing i'm concerned about is the headwall and sidewall flashing, it does not seem flush against the wall and they just put membrane and sealed it.
I require a fence of about 4.5 meters in length plus a pedestrian gate. The height needs to be about 1 meter to 1.2 meters. I am not too sure about the kind of fence I need, I would need some advice on which kind would be best. The fence is required in order to keep my small dog away from an access gate. I hope you can help with this small project?
Good Day I have small quite old fashioned teak wooden finger blocks parquet in my apartment, however, I need additional blocks to fill missing spots and additionally ,I need to tile a 4x4 room with the same. Are you able to assist? What is the price with and without installation? Kind Regards
Prior to purchase of property. On the ceilings I noticed small water marks, like condensation. I am in the UK and looked on Google earth and noticed that there are two areas which look like water pooling. I need an inspection to advise of issue, can it be repaired or replaced and cost and timeframe

There is a vehicle gate included in the palisade fence - about 5 metres long. There is also a small pedestrian gate. as part of the palisade fence. Energiser & Electricity will need to come from the garage, about 5 metres from the palisade fence.
Floor that will provide warmer underfoot than tiling. We have the top vinyl laminate at the moment. the kind that is not glued down. it could not stand up to a thorough flooding these last storms. waterlogged and curling at the edges, strips of vinyl coming off in the heavy traffic areas. The size is 4,37m (width) x 2,06m (height). I would like them to stack on the left hand side. I'd like the frames in black and charcoal, and installation included in the quote. The current glass sliding door, and sliding metal gate would need to be removed too, which I'd like included in the quote. I live in Durban North.
