The spikes are to be at equal intervals and secured using anti-vandal bolts. Should be able to be integrated with static electric fencing to solidify the perimeter. We're in a residential complex and the complex already has electric fencing in place. We, however need an electric fence installed on top of our existing boundary wall on our personal property within the complex. I do need advice on the specifications of the fence with regards to height and length but we want a standard 6wire electric fence on top of our boundary wall.

I have old metal gates that my late dad put in years ago. I had palisades put in to heighten the walls, to make the property more secure. Now I need the gates heightened by joining them to a metal base that must be made. I will accept advice on best method and materials to use. I also want to convert these gates from swing gates to folding sliding gates placed onto a metal rail. I attach a rough schematic. I attach pictures taken of the palisade installation. It can be see that the gates need a base to be made to heighten per schematic attached. Please advise.
