He works reasonably well on his own. Appears to be very honest.
Did not pitch on the agreed date and no feedback from him until much later despite several attempts to contact him. The cleaning venue was 30 minutes from our home so this was a major inconvenience. I will definitely not give him a thumbs up.

There's a couple of small patches that need to be resealed and we want to use rubberised paint from Duram. Please note that we will be supplying our own paint.
