Conducting Bathroom Renovation Project for a 2.5 bathroom maisonette apartment. Aprtment has 2 upstairs en suite bathrooms and a powder room (toilet and sink) in hallway. Need experienced contractor/plumber to perform all 3 bathroom upgrades (plumbing, fittings tiling). All materials will be provided and no designing is needed. Hoping to begin work as early as the week of April 17th. Only considering experienced contractors with strong references and images of past work where bathroom was designed and fitted. I have my 3 x 🐕 dogs sleeping in the house at night. During the day they have access to the kitchen area to rest and eat. I need to activate an alarm when at work, to the rest of the house (2 x bedroom, living area, bathroom) during the day and when I'm away with vacation. I want to be able to see any movement around the house on my cellphone. I don't have anyone during the day at the house when I'm at work. It's a small house on one of the ZZ2 farms. I had a corner bath but got someone to take out the bath and make it a shower, but now my wall is rotting all around the shower so I need everything taken out and I need a built in corner bath again. I am also thinking of retiling the whole bathroom, because of the walls rotting around the shower area.
