1. Toilet handle broken. Can still flush if we open the cistern and pull the lever. 2. Outside pipe that leads the water from the washing machine and kitchen taps to the drain bitten off by dog. Now water flowing into yard. Replacement of pipe (and studier pipe) required. Pipe length roughly 3-4m long but leads around around the corner to the drain. I need to repair a small leak in a roof and then do some minor repairs to the ceiling boards that have been water damaged, before painting. The main job would be to remove an old skew trap toilet and install a new one. If the old cistern is kept a leaky inlet pipe should be fixed as well. I would like I would like a quote for this. I would like to have a broken basin replaced. This would be done at the same time as the main job and so I would have them quoted together. Lastly I wish to see what it would cost to have a washing machine plumbed into the bathroom. Please quote this job as if you received the other two jobs as well. A swimming pool type fence (grey) with a gate and about 5 or 6 panels. To secure a very small garden for small dogs. It has a natural boundary of shrubs which form the one boundary. The swimming pool fence panels will join up the shrub and house on two sides. This natural boundary needs to be reinforced at the base with small flower bed type fence to prevent the dogs from getting through the big shrub. I have a few of these panels but more will need to be sourced.
