all three bedroom including the bathroom and shower are infested with bedbugs, fleas and lice. We found these insects on a lot of clothing which was burned and destroyed but bedroom no.3 bed is infected with bedbugs as well as his wardrobe and clothing. A lot of cockroaches was observed underneath the 4 plate electrical cooker in the kitchen. A few rats has been observed in the garden and driveway. Please advise as what to do.

A trust i own had two properties. I sold one and live in one. Bad sequence of events happened. I moved to the cape. Got a new accountant. The next one got brain cancer and i must get a new accountant. Sars wants me to pay almost in tax for revenue they claim i got from rent.
