We need to extend all 3 bedrooms, kitchen and lounge, add a dining room, a study, a laundry room, a small patio/Braai area and a double garage. The size of the house should at least be - square meters. Or build a new house on another piece of land: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen, study, laundry room, Patio/Braai area and a double garage. The size of the house should at least be to square meters. I really need a professional's advice here Please contact me via email, telephonically as well as Whatsapp I am not choosy. Thank you
I would like to get a quote for removing the old roof and then installing the new one. I would prefer to be tiles this time around. Please state the cost for labour plus the cost of material then I will decide whether to buy the material myself or what. Please send me the quote via Whatsapp. Thank you
The house is already constructed. There is no finishing, no tiling, no ceiling, no electrical wiring its basically empty it's just an empty box. There is a double garage door, but there is no motor, no windows no doors, no painting, and no plumbing. I need a building company to do the finishing. Please feel free to contact me for more info. Thank you
I have a flat corrugated roof on my outbuilding, I have issues where water is dripping down the walls when we have excessive rainfall, recently hire a pro who use rubberized waterproofing and did not do a good job, so I am a lost for words and who and what to trust. I am in need of a professional that will do a good job. Please feel free to contact me for more info. Thank you
Hi There, We are renovating and adding an extension to our residential property. The extension is estimated to be about 50m2. The build also includes a slab over the entrance. We are looking for a quote for the roofing, labour and materials included. Please see the document attached for further detail. Please send me an email at I'm in meetings most of the day and would also like to keep a record of communications through email. Thanks for the help!
I've already sourced 80% of the Material and only require labour. the following is required: - Foundation and brickwork - Plaster - Plumbing. The roof is asbestos. The project will be run by a strict timeline and the contractor need to run according to my payment schedule to avoid risk. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you
Remove existing paint-prep surfaces of walls and ceiling. Total size about 50m2. Size estimates: Wall1: cm x cm = 12.1 m2 Wall2: +- cm x cm (inc door/window post) = 4.3 m2 Wall3: cm x = 8.6 m2 Wall4: cm x cm = 3.5 m2 Wall5: cm x cm = 4.3 m2 Ceiling: xcm + xcm = +- 17.2 m2 We are looking to have this work completed before the end of April.
The idea for the house which we will use at retirement in a few years time would be as follows: --80--90m2 max total interior floor area. Ideally the house should face North to take advantage to the light and perhaps a bit of the mountain view. --3 bedrooms (one of which must be on ground floor should the design be for a two storey building to accommodate us should we not be able to access the second floor (due to old age, for example). --2 bathrooms --To be added in another phase perhaps: a garage (for one vehicle, but with additional space for a laundry and tiny workshop area). Access will be possible from the garage into the house. We came across a design on YouTube that we really feel captures most of what we are hoping for in the house. I have included the link to this on YouTube : https://youtu.be/cSIFIDb5loI
