Roof shape and pitch has changed and so roof trusses need to be redone but re-using existing tiles. There may be a need to top-up the quantity of roof tiles. The approved plan is attached.

The paint on the walls are lifting, there is dampness which tells me there needs to be a leakage someone and we need to fix that. I am currently in the Free State and the property is located in Glenwood, Durban but there are tenants there. I can arrange with them for a time that will be convenient to visit the property.
