Looking to build a two-bedroom, two-bathroom house in an estate. Looking at 25sqm per bedroom, inclusive of a bathroom on each bedroom, and 75sqm for the living area, consisting of lounge, kitchen, dining room. Total house size to be sqm. I am going to install a wheel alignment machine and the concrete floor that the machine is going to stand on needs to be a specific height and we therefore need a construction company to assist with this.
