Remove tiles, bath, toilet, vanity from bathroom (b) make good 3.1 chase waste and plumbing to suit freestanding bath -/+ 1m from current position 4. remove carpets from bedrooms x 4 5. Knock through main bedroom wall into second bedroom - move electrical outlet - fit sliding barn door. 6. Remove bathroom door from main ensuite - fit sliding barn door 7. remove skirting boards in preparation for: 8. lay decorative screed floor over terracotta tile - whole house (m2 - house is empty of furniture - tile in good condition) 9. Paint natural wood ceilings in bedrooms x 4, kitchen & scullery - +/- m2 10. Drill hole for extractor fan exhaust in exterior roof (exhaust routed above ceiling - across kitchen - out of pitched tin roof)

I am needing a pool to run a Swim School from home but am trying to save space as in the future I would possibly build a 25m pool in the garden. Pool that can be on the patio area, with a skylight and sliding glass doors with a seating area, changeroom, toilet and shower. Pool to have as much sunlight as possible.
