5 questions for Sandy Joselyn, CEO of Giddyup
Did you have doubts about Procompare before you joined our community? If yes, why did you hesitate? What tilted the scale in our favour?
I did have doubts before I joined, as there are so many scams out there today that one has little trust in things like this. I was convinced to give it a try by one of the staff members, and I was able to set a budget as to how much I was prepared to spend.
It is a lot harder to go out there and network in Covid times, so why not get people to come to me.
I thought, why not give it a try? I can always cancel. I felt it is a lot harder to go out there and network in Covid times and meet new people, so maybe it is a good option to get people to come to me.
What do you like the most about Procompare?
It has exposed me to a different network of clients that had never been on my radar previously.
How important are the comments and reviews on the Giddyup profile?
It is always good to get good reviews. Reviews are key to getting work these days. So I appreciate my 5-star rating.
How does cooperation with Procompare.co.za pay off for you compared to other advertising channels?
In the end, what you lose on the swings, you make up on the roundabouts.
To be honest, not every lead is good quality, but in between the leads that do not work for me, there is usually a good one that makes up for the weaker ones. So, in the end, what you lose on the swings, you make up on the roundabouts.
Do you have any tips for success for professionals new to Procompare?
You must make a phone call rather than email.
As soon as you get the lead, you must make a phone call rather than email. You can then follow up with an email. There is a lot of competition, so I think if you call, you stand a better chance.
