The best way to prevent clogged pipes is to be mindful of what you put down your drains and toilet. Leaking toilet
We have a french drain that overflows with all the rain. Had it pumped out but didn’t help. Can connect to main sewerage system but have to pump it upwards. We would like to look at other options..maybe install a watertank that can collect the water from the washing machine and water used in doggy parlour in flat at the back of the house.

In other words, I have the two toilets with their mechanisms, toilet wax, and seats, as well as the bathroom basin and cupboard with the easy trap waste trap. Note, that I do not have cement for the toilets.
