That depends on the moving company. Some moving companies are fully insured while others, usually smaller companies, don't offer transit insurance so it's your responsibility to take out cover for that day.
What exactly is included in the price depends on your moving company. We advise you to be sure to find out from your prospective movers whether their cost for packing up items on your behalf is included in the quote as well as whether packing sundries such as bubble wrap, packing tape, cardboard boxes or outers are also included or rather need to be provided for at your own cost.
