Enough people were sent so that everybody worked. There were not people standing around doing nothing. They cleaned up properly everyday. Kept to lunch hour despite the heat wave at the time. Arrived on time.
The rescheduling due to rain was not propperly arranged and there was a mix up resulting in me not being able to be there for super vision .

Any new build in SA requires you to have NHBRC registration.
The construction contract should include at least: the name of the contractor and contact information, the name of the homeowner and contact information, description of property in legal terms, the cost, description of the work, the completion date and the right to stop the project.
