I'm fairly happy with the work. The work was done in 1 day's time.

There was a problem with the manufacturing of the door so I had to wait a week longer. After they finished there was a problem with the fitting of the door and the latch broke so they didn't come back to fix it.

Good evening Warren … I was not aware that the latch broke of the door nor did you communicate with me regarding the latch .. I will definitely make contact with you regarding the latch and have this sorted as a matter of priority.
