The company I eventually went with, came through a referral. Their response time was less than 10 minutes. If the alarm is triggered, I get a call within 30 seconds and a vehicle at my home in under 10 minutes. I would rate them a 5 for control room and response time. Only a 4 for the accounts department as it took 2 emails for them to remove an extra charge. They did however respond within 15 minutes to the second email, apologise and rectify the account.
