We have a block of town houses in Reitzpark that need to have some cleaning and maintenance of premises. Town house gardens are already maintained by renters. We thus need someone to go in on a monthly basis and clean up outside of premises , plus maintaining pathways and general public areas , plus garbage disposal areas. If you can quote me please
1.We have existing wood back door with window panel. 2. We have a 2 door with small glass panels. 3. Bedroom window to convert to sliding door. And window panel on 1 of 2 sides. Want to replace all with aluminium or upvc. It also needs to have a mesh door to keep flies, mozzies, cockroaches oout. I would like a golden bronzy colour. Or white. And it must have a guarentee and not be easy to break into. I believe this is a weakness of aluminium doors and windows. And all 3 must have a trellidoor or equivalent in same colour with a rust free guarentee.

And I would prefer the clear glass panel to be replaced with a solid panel to match the finish of the timber, inside and outside. Ideally all to be painted a medium sheen-black on the exterior and a neutral colour paint finish inside. There would need to be provision for a Yale handlock and a knocker/with knob on the exterior. Please suggest a design with raise and fielded panels - I am also open to the idea of a stable door.
Well the wooden door has Ribbed like glass and on the side wooden frame where the locks meet. That side glass is broken and needs replacing. It's a plain glass as I think it was broken before. But I would like the matching Ribbed glass as the main door for the side broken door. Do you have that in stock and are you in Somerset west? I'm in CBD near Lion square. Tree Cutting - Chain-saw x3 And please estimate how long (hours/days) it may take to cut grass (using ride- on mowers and brush-cutter) and trees using chainsaws on a 1ha. We would like to have our garden weeded, cleaned and the soil turned on the perimeter of our home, please. There are leaves and debris from quite a few trees that were trimmed today (Friday) We would like the mound/garden refuse compost heap at the rear of our property to either be used or disposed. Inside the yard Left side - lawn maintenance and planting of flowers at the edge of the lawn next to the wall. Removal of rubbish dump Right side - uneven ground that requires flattening of the ground, planting of half of the lawn which is infiltrated by weeds. Outside the yard Left side - maintenance of lawn and flowers Right side - 2m X 70m requires new lawn and wall floors
The intention is to build a high -end market self catering chalets, roughly 8 three bedroomed with one building(9th structure)serving as the admin quarters. Currently the plot is vacant but a construction company has already been appointed while some administrative necessities are being complied with at Municipal level. The idea is to create a beautiful environment which provides each chalet with necessary privacy and the whole establishment with charming ambience.
Trimming of shrubs , too much shade has caused lawn to die. Also always too many leaves to remove . Suggestions needed to enhance the space. The existing wooden door which leads onto the balcony from the apartment blocks stairwell was broken off by the wind. We need the frame repaired if damaged and the door which is a hollow door replaced with a solid wooden door but the cheapest one available. The new solid door has to look similar to the other balcony doors in the block, please see the attachment for the design. The existing hinges, lock and door handle can be used on the new door. If the new door can be varnished in the same colour as the old one then please go ahead but if not then no problem, we will varnish it.
