Pricing must make provision for two double entrance gates (for passing of trucks/tractors) and two pedestrian gates. I need to replace the floors damaged by a burst pipe, lounge and bedroom 16 meter and the other room 14 metres. A cupboard needs to be unscrewed before the floor is layed. What would be the cost to replace the floors, labour. If you supply, i am looking for grey, what is the cost with material.
Attached are screenshots of the type of fence and the dimensions of the property taken from google maps. The Gates will be 2, one sliding and one swing gate. The detail of that ill discuss as soon as I get the dimensions for it. Please do communicate via email as I am out of the country. Thanks
Single Face, brick pattern, no style on top, just straight panels to the top Would like to add spikes on the whole length, if you could quote for that separately as an extra. Pedestrian gate, if quoted for, needs to be a non see through gate. About half the length will need old, small vibrocrete fence removed, other half, is wooden fence.
I have two areas with parquet flooring - 1 off approx 36sqm and the other 15 sqm that is partially sanded and sealed. I want to resand and reseal both these areas. No skirting required. Please quote these 2 off areas separately. I also need informaiton on the drying/curing time in which the area cannot be used.
